Do I have to book for a grooming session or is OK to just drop by?
You need to book your appointment. Please send us a message or call us at +34 952 59 70 35.
When does the Paw Club have its meetings?
The Paw Club meet most Saturdays from 9am to 11am. It is advisable to book the session as spaces are limited.
Can I buy pet supplies online from you?
At the moment you can only order via phone or email or by coming to our shop. Soon our online shop will be available. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to get the news!
What's the minimum stay for pet boarding?
We know each case is unique so we advise you to contact us to discuss your special needs regarding your pet boarding.

Anytime between 11am & 12pm noon ( excluding Sunday)
Winter Viewing:
1st November – 31st March
Anytime between 3pm & 4pm ( excluding Wednesday & Sunday)
We advise all clients to visit any establishment before booking your pet in for boarding however we do ask that you respect the privacy of our current Pet Residents.
Therefore Summer Viewings 1st April to 31st October anytime between 11am & 12pm; Winter Viewings 1st November to 31st March anytime between 3pm – 4pm
We are closed for viewings all day Wednesday & Sunday.
In the event of you being unable to visit during the above hours because of other commitments please contact us to arrange an alternative viewing time
