Small, friendly, unique, non commercial accommodation is what is on offer for your pet. Our unique facilities offer your pet the chance to have a holiday too.
A "Hansel & Gretel" style chalet for up to 8 dogs with its own private enclosure complete with toys & music, surrounded by a beautiful mature orchard is what is on offer for your canine companion and for your feline friend a beautiful home at the other end of the orchard complete with climbing frames, scratch pads, toys and music completely away from any canine contact.
A home from home service to include:
For the Canine:
• Unique one to one service.
• Pet carers with a real love for dog, with genuine experience.
• We are not offering a commercial kennels but a small, unique doggy type hotel for your canine companion.
• Dogs have their own "Hansel & Gretel" style chalet complete with its own private enclosure and surrounded by a beautiful mature orchard.
• Huge exercising area in large secure orchard.
• Chalets and runs are partially covered to protect from all the weather elements (rain & sun).
• All runs are fitted with sprinkler systems to cool the temperature down in the hot summer months.
• Regular playtimes given, 24hr care, plenty of human TLC.
• Individual requirements always catered for & medication administered.
• Easy pick up and drop off of pets direct to the Salon.
• Residential dog training can be catered for whilst with us.
• Bathing & Grooming service offered before home time.
For the Feline:
• One to one care.
• Small, unique little cattery that has plenty of space for play.
• Beautiful and cool in the hot summer months due to its fabulous location.
• Sheltered in the winter.
• Set at the bottom of a mature orchard that is surrounded by beautiful birds & colour.
• 24 hr care and plenty of TLC.
• Music played all day & accommodation fitted with scratch pads, climbing frames and plenty of toys given.
• Easy pick up and drop off of pets direct to the salon.
• Grooming & clipping service offered before home time.
Our Requirements: To make your pets stay run smoothly please follow our requirements, it will ensure that your "best friend" settles in really quickly.
• Pets need to be fully vaccinated (proof required on drop off & Vaccination cards need to be left for the duration of the pets stay.
• Pets require to wear their own collar as well as a "flea & tick collar" even if pre treated with drops.
• Pets are required to bring their own diet with them.
• A small bag of home comforts will be needed eg: toys, chews, biscuits, favorite blanket with a smell from home!!!
• Emergency, contact telephone number to be left along with the name of your pets vet.

A non returnable deposit of 50.00€ is required to secure your pets stay on your very first booking.
Prices are fixed for 2010 as follows:
• 13 Euros per day (1 Dog).
• 24 Euros per day (2 Dogs sharing from the same owner).
• Kindergarten or overnight stay (less than 24hrs) – 15 euros.
• 7.50 euros per day ( 1 cat).
• 14.00 euros per day ( 2 cats sharing from the same owner).
• If you require bathing, training or grooming services, extra charges will be made.

Long Term Boarding Terms & Conditions:
Our terms & conditions are:
1) One month deposit
2) One month in advance
3) One month to cover any medical, veterinary, emergency requirements or to help with any cost due to an animal vandalizing the premises i.e chewing of chalet or fencing. The remaining monies and deposit will then be taken off the cost of transportation or your bill at the end of the pets stay.
** (Any vaccinations or blood tests that are requirements for Pet Travel to the UK need also to be paid in advance)
We then offer you a facility to pay monthly by bank transfer in the UK or Spain.
Defaulting on payments will result in you losing your deposit; defaulting on three payments will be classed as abandonment & we reserve the right to re-home the animal with no notice & inform the authorities both in Spain & the UK, we will also inform the RSPCA as this is classed as breaking the laws in these countries & this could result in a prosecution.

- COPY OF OWNERS ID HAS TO BE GIVEN (PASSPORT / N.I.E / RESIDENCIA)
- BOARDING FEES NEED TO BE PRE – PAID ON CHECK IN.
-CLIENTS ARE EXPECTED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN FOOD. IF NOT WE WILL SUPPLY THE FOOD AND CHARGE ACCORDINGLY.
- CLIENTS PETS THAT VANDALISE OUR PREMISES WILL BE LIABLE TO A REPAIR CHARGE.
- CLIENTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY VET CHARGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING A PETS STAY.
- IF YOU CUT SHORT YOUR BREAK & COLLECT YOUR PETS EARLY YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL OF THE CANCELLED BOOKING.
-NOT RETURNING FOR A PET AFTER AN AGREED BOOKING OR AN APPROPRIATE LENGTH OF TIME WILL BE CLASSED AS ABANDONEMEMENT & we reserve the right to re-home the animal & inform the necessary authorities both in Spain & the UK as well as the RSPCA as this is against the law in both countries. We will prosecute.
- PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO NOT LEAVE SENTIMENTAL PET TOYS, BEDDING ETC… FOR YOUR PET INCASE OF DESTRUCTION OR LOSS THROUGH PLAY. WE DO NOT LIKE TO ACCEPT ANY BEDDING FILLED WITH STUFFING SUCH AS FOAM, FEATHERS, AND POLYSTYRENE BALLS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THIS TYPE OF BEDDING. A SIMPLE BLANKET IS MUCH MORE PRACTICAL & ACCEPTABLE!!!
- DURING PEAK SEASON SUCH AS CHRISTMAS & THE SUMMER MONTHS WE ARE UNABLE TO CATER FOR BITCHES THAT COME ON HEAT. WE FEEL IT IS UNFAIR FOR ALL THE OTHER PETS THAT ARE STAYING AS IT CAUSES UPSET, THEREFORE YOU AS OWNERS SHOULD MAKE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WITH YOUR VETS TO CATER FOR THIS.
Viewings are welcome of our facilities by appointment at 3pm when we are open. We restrict viewing times to 3pm only to ensure that we respect the pets that are currently staying with us so that they are not constantly bothered.
Boarding your pet with us means you agree our terms displayed here on our website & at our premises. Please ask for a copy of these terms when you fill out a booking form on your first booking.
We reserve the right to alter our terms at any time without prior notice.
